Michaels Demolition Project

Michael’s demolition presented unique challenges due to its shared walls with the parking ramp to the north and the Galleria Mall to the south. The project began with careful selective interior demolition to ensure structural stability. Once prepped, excavators moved in to take down the main structure. With access limited to a narrow alley, the tight site required precise coordination and planning every step of the way.
