Also known as The Lodge at Overland, this 237-unit residential community includes 18 three-story buildings with a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with two- and three-bedroom townhomes. Elcor provided full utility and site preparation services for the project in 2022. For a residential development of this size, the work completed below the surface is just as important as the visible finished buildings. Before construction can move forward, the site must be properly prepared to support buildings, roads, parking areas, utilities, drainage systems, and long-term access throughout the community.
